Matters relating to NewNovelist 2
NewNovelist 3 was released in November 2010. After this release, we still provided support for the previous Version 2 for a complete year. This was to ensure that purchasers of this earlier version still enjoyed the first class product support we provide. From November 1st 2011, we are no longer able to provide support for this earlier version. If you are a NewNovelist 2 user we are able to offer you a discount to upgrade to NewNovelist 3. Please contact us with your purchase or registration details of NewNovelist 2 and we will assist you further.
