you need is available. This is an instant way of getting
assistance without having to contact us which will take

If you have not been able to find an answer to your
question, we have staff on hand to help you. If after
going through the FAQ system your problem is still un-answered,
facilities are provided to contact us. We provide this
as a free service, assist people as quickly as we can
and pride ourselves on the quality of our support. However,
often we find customers do not check the software help
or FAQ where the answer to their question has already
been given and in these cases we are unable to respond.
