Am
I entitled to a free upgrade from newnovelist Version
1 to newnovelist Version 2 ?
As with most software publishers, we provide free upgrades
between sub-releases/service packs (e.g. newnovelist 1.0
to newnovelist 1.1). However for a major software re-release
(e.g. newnovelist 1 to newnovelist 2) there is no free
upgrade as these releases are not minor enhancement/bug
fixes, but completely new software.

I
received a promotional email offering me a discount
on going from newnovelist 1 to newnovelist 2, but when
I went to buy it I did not get the reduced price - can
I still get the discount ?
No. Promotional codes used during special offers are
always checked first to ensure they apply the correct
discount. During the purchase process, straight after
the discount code has been entered you are notified
that it has been applied. ONLY if you do not type the
discount code in correctly will the discount not be
applied.

I
bought the disk version through Paypal - can I get a
download ?
No, unfortunately buying through paypal uses a mechanism
that does not support online downloads of the software.
