Am I better advised to download
or get a postal copy of the software? |
It really depends. If you would like immediate
access to the software then you can download and be
using NewNovelist within minutes. If you prefer to
maintain a library of physical CDs and packaged products,
you might prefer the postal delivery.

Is it possible to buy NewNovelist
in the shops? |
NewNovelist is available in the UK and Ireland through
leading branches of WH Smiths, PC World, Waterstones,
Blackwells, Ottakars, Books etc, John Lewis, Easons
and Independent software/book stores.

I live outside the UK. Can
I still order a postal delivery? If so, how long
will it take to arrive? And how much will it cost?

Yes, you can still order a postal delivery. We despatch
everything from London within 3 days of receiving an
order. Deliveries outside the UK go by air mail, and
can reach places as far away as Australia in at least
one week. There is no additional charge for overseas
deliveries beyond the £3 postage and packing.

What PC operating systems
does NewNovelist work with? |
NewNovelist software will run under Microsoft Windows
XP, Windows 2000 and Windows Vista.

Will NewNovelist work on an
Apple Macintosh? |
NO, NewNovelist was designed for the Windows environment,
and does not work with Macs

If I purchase NewNovelist
online and download it, can I also receive a copy
on CD through the post? |
Yes you can by ordering a postal CD dispatch
- Once you have placed your order for a CD version to
be posted, you will be able to download the software
via your online account.
