As promised, I am recinding that comment as today I received the Windows Vista fix and have now downloaded the product. It works perfectly, just as you described in the online advertisement. I have already started 3 novels that I have been holding on to since ordering your product. It is easy to use, very intuitive and has all the bells and whistles to write a potentially GREAT novel. Where can i download this Vista fix? Sara  judi Calhoun Posted: Sat 1st Mar 2008 I WANT A REFUND I have stupid Windows Vista. After I paid for the full download and disk to be mailed to me. I realized that I lost my printer driver again, when it wouldn't load no matter what I did. I decided to restore back to the date I downloaded this software, when I did that I was able to print, yet when the computer came back on line, the New Novlist2 software is gone--- Gone, gone, gone, gone, gone!!!!!! No phone number to call, no help. I lost everything. No technical help, nothing, what is one to do when something you paid for 3 days ago is gone. I tried to find it by doing a search, no luck, my husband said do another system restore, I tried that no luck, So I need the software downloaded again WITHOUT PAYING ANY MORE MONEY, or I want my money back. Why don't you have the option of asking if we have Windows Vista before you start the download?????? Maybe that would make a difference. I am upset!!! login to leave response
